Downloading and Installing KeyScrambler

  • How to Download KeyScrambler
    Click on "Download" and save the file "KeyScrambler_Setup.exe" to your computer. The default download folder is usually the desktop.
  • How to Install KeyScrambler
    Go to the desktop (or the folder you saved the file to) and double click "KeyScrambler_Setup.exe" to start the installation. Follow the simple directions in the installer.
  • Restart your Windows and Internet Explorer.
    Now when you enter your login info on a website, a small overlay window will appear in the upper left corner to indicate that KeyScrambler is encrypting the keystrokes of your username and password.

    • Once KeyScrambler is installed, it is on all the time and protects all your logins. When you are not typing, in four seconds the little overlay window fades off the screen.

  • Download
    Click on "Download," and save the file "monesafe.exe" to your computer. It will be saved to your default download folder, which is usually the desktop.
  • Install
    Go to the desktop (or the folder you saved the file to) and double click "monesafe.exe" to start the installation. Follow the simple directions in the installer. When installation is completed, the Monesafe icon will appear on your desktop. The icon looks like this:Monesafe icon
  • Log In
    Pick a password that only you know and that's all you need to log in.
    • To start using Monesafe, add the online accounts that you want to monitor. Remember, you need to do all this only once.
