Monechron Services Renewal Agreement
1.The grant of Services under Paragraph 1b of the End User License and Services Agreement ("Agreement") between QFX Software Corporation ("QFX") and User is hereby extended for an additional year from the expiration date of the Services grant in the Agreement.
2. All of the terms and provisions of the Agreement shall apply to this renewal.
INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS BY SELECTING THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON AT THE END OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, SELECT THE "DECLINE" BUTTON AT THE END OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE PROCESS WILL NOT CONTINUE.
